So I've been playing online for a while now, collecting items, runes
and gems. I now have a mule overloaded with perfect gems. What can I
do with them? If I were to trade them, what can I expect to receive
back? Or should I be keeping them & using some sort of cube recipe?

You can use P gems to reroll charms, most commonly rerolled is the
Grand type lvl 50 or lvl 99 (hope for a skiller).
P skulls can be used to reroll tiara/diadem.

Yes, you can also use them for trading. The trading value is different
for different realm, for L/NL, and for SC/HC.

Hi,

From what i've seen you can trade 40 Pgems for an Um Rune.

You can use them to make Crafted items.

Thought I'd give that a try the other day. Managed to turn a very decent
poison grand charm (useless to a skelliemancer) into a +3 defence one.
Another try turned it into +2 min/max damage. What a way to waste gems.

So 6 Pgems used, try use some more :)
Sometimes you are lucky and get a skiller with 3 Pgems, other times you
use a lot more. I've used closed to 100 Pgems before i got a skiller,
and that was a plain warcry skiller.

I would love plain warcry skillers, I end up with mastery skillers.
