Gigabyte H61Ms1 Rev 3.0.
DDR3 8 Gb 1333 Ram
500w Power Supply.
Please tell me a graphic card for my pc with i can games like gta 5 , warch dogs , wwe 2k16
i think i want to buy NVidia GTX470 but can i run it ?????

A GTX 950 or RX 460 is as far as you should go. Your CPU is going to seriously hinder gaming performance.

Speaking of which, your CPU is below the minimum system requirement for GTA V and Watch_Dogs. Whilst the games may still launch, the poor performance may make them unplayable.
