My Acer B85H3-AM (M4630g) motherboard displays no video or power to the keyboard and mouse from any port

I bought this computer from ebay so i can pair it with a strix 970 but when i got all the parts neither the 970 or the motherboard show any video with the 3 screens i tested

When it first came here the pc i pluged it to the wall and it turned on, The front panel button didn't work it was not broken but there was no response from the computer when i press it or hold it

seeing thet the 350w power supply wouldn't be enough for the graphics card i switched it for a perfectly working CX550M and used a 24 pin to 12 pin adapter,

Put the 970 on, connected everything and used a HDMI to the graphics card and it didn't show video or power on the keyboard

Tried using both power supplies at the same time (550 for the graphics card 350 for the rest) no results

Did a Bios beepcode test and the only i got was a long beep, acording to http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcodes/amibeep.htm
POST has passed all tests

Switched to every ram combination that i got (2+2+4 gig sticks) with no results

Clear cmos using the jumper, and changed the battery with no results

After reading in some forums i read that the system could be ignoring the graphics card so i used a Displayport, VGA, DVI-D but still no video, no power on the keyboard (altrough i noticed that when i slowly plug the keyboard on the usb ports there's a breif moment of energy passing trough but no signal or change)

That's all i can think for now, i tried everything in this guide too: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

if any of you know something about what could it be of if you need more information i'll be quick to answer

have you undone the CPU and then reinstall it? could have been knocked loose during shipping causing issues

could be a burned up pc...you did get it off ebay so never know....

if you pull all the ram out then power it on and still only get one beep you have motherboard issues likely as no ram should generate beep codes.

Tested the cpu on another friend's bench and it was working also tested an i5-4690 in my system with same results

checked for bent pins too but they are good
