[SOLVED] Performance anomalies with Nvidia GTX 1660 Super ?

Hi All, this is my first post/question. I am running 4 x MSI GTX 1660 Super 6g cards in my 14 GPU rig. 1 of the 4 is pulling 32 mh/s while the other three are pulling 24 (60% power limit, -200 core clock, 1100 memory, and 70% fan speed). I've tried updating firmware but MSI Live Update crashes and will not run even with .net 4.0 and antivirus/firewall turned off. Any idea why identical cards all installed the same would be giving such contrasting results?

I am running an Asus B250 Mining Expert. Thanks for the advice. I will go the manual route on the firmware.
