Performance difference between Asus STRIX 980Ti cards

Hi, does anyone know if there is any discernible difference in terms of performance between the two Asus Strix 980Ti cards, the STRIX-GTX980TI-DC3-6GD5-GAMING and the overclocked model STRIX-GTX980TI-DC3OC-6GD5-GAMING?

The main difference is one is faster out of the box without having to mess with overclocking, since it is already done for you. Both are the same card just different speeds. You can overclock yourself and save money if you decide to go that route.

Do you think the non-overclocked model would be adequate to drive a single 27" 2560 x 1440 monitor?
