Question Performance drop in my GPU

Recently 10 months ago I had purchased my new laptop Acer nitro 5 ryzen 5 5600h with RTX 3060 6gb ddr6 mobile gpu and paired with 16 gb 3200hz RAM. Before 6 months ago my laptop perferomance was so good as expected in gta 5 with full max setting I was getting 110+ FPS same in call of duty warzone I was getting 100+ fps in full max setting but now only after 10 months of using my laptop now I am only getting 30 FPS in GTA 5 and in COD warzone only 40 fps I am so scared and tensed please help me ...
