Performance getting Lower

I have Intel Pentium Processor P6200 and the games like prototype use to run good at first but now almost all games are running slow. My graphic driver version is 8.15.10.2993 and i tried to update to latest but it says it does not meet minimum requirement.
So pls can anyone suggest me what to do with it.

Is this a desktop or notebook?

This CPU came out in 2010, and was not high end back then.

If it is a desktop, you can add a dedicated GPU if the issue is gaming, and you want a little more speed for a better fps. If this is a notebook, the only solution will be to buy a whole new platform.

it means that your processor is getting hot and it lowers the cpu clock for it not to die

Thermal paste goes on the CPU to transfer heat to the cpu cooler. Without thermal paste your temps will rocket and you will get much slower performance. I recommend you buy some new thermal paste and watch this video.

Also, systems slow down after time. Run CCleaner to get rid of the temporary files, and Defraggler to defragment the drive.

my system is 7 years old and i still get to play Skyim, AC IV, GTA IV, on max settings 60-80 FPS LOOOL

Not a direct comparison as your GPU is not 7 years old. Try your system running on the integrated graphics, and see what your FPS are.
