Performance increase phenom 560 to 945

So my old pc has a phenom 560, and I was going to give it to my brother for Christmas, how much of a preformas increased will I get? ( he will probably use it for google and stuff and maybe some light gaming like portal)

If he is using the computer for light gaming and simple web browsing then it is enough. There isn't really any performance increase when you compare the 2 processors. Only real difference really being, one is a dual core and one is a quad core. I can't imagine that being a real issue if he is "Only" playing light games. Anything more then the quad core phenom would be the more sensible option.
