I have an HP Omen 16 with 32 GB of RAM (DDR5, 5600 MHz), an RTX 4070, a Ryzen 9 7940HS, and a 2K 240Hz display. I know that the Ryzen HS series focuses on efficiency rather than raw power, but I can't understand why, in games like Rainbow Six Siege with max settings and DLSS on, I get around 120-130 FPS. Even when I set the game to the lowest settings in FHD, I still get about 120-130 FPS. Isn't that strange? Why does the performance remain the same at both minimum and maximum settings?
