In the last month my 10 month old pc has run into a weird issue. The pc works fine until suddenly after roughly 15 minutes everything slows down to a crawl. For instance I have been playing the The Witcher 1 lately( not a very graphically demanding game) and for the first 15 minutes all is fine, After that it becomes unplayable because of the lag. I have tried touble shooting by myself and crystal disk info says my pc is 100% fine with 34 c so I really doubt overheating is an issue. Avast on the other hand complains about fast user switching (which I disabled) and two weirdly named files (iphlpscv and wcnsvc).
