Question Performance issues with Intel i7-5600U ?

Hello,
I have a Dell Latitude E7450 laptop which comes with an i7-5600u CPU and I am facing some issues.

Issue 1: Thermal throttle
When I run the benchmark from throttle stop, the CPU temp exceeds 90.
With turbo boost off, it's between 90-100.
With turbo boost on, it's over 100.

Issue 2: Fall in CPU speed
When I play a game, the CPU speed drops from 2.6 Ghz to 1.5-1.9 Ghz (I observed this in Task Manager)


Issue 3: EDP throttle
It occurs randomly sometimes and along with thermal throttle.

Issue 4: SpeedStep
When I disable it in BIOS, the CPU speed drops to 0.7-0.8GHz
Also when I turn on the turbo, it's more frequent.
