Hello, I bought an Asus vq248qe just to get the extra advantage and smoothness in CS:GO.
So I'm using dual monitors. One Philips 247E and one Asus vq248qe.
But the problem I have is that my fps is at 60 and dropping all the time, and I thought my setup could handle it.
GTX 970
16 GB RAM
i5 4690K
z97X-Gaming 3
I thought it could be some optimization issue, but I couldn't find any information on what to change and so on. I also thought the problem could be that the 60 hz screen is connected to the mobo, while the 144hz is connected to the GPU.
Edit: Now I'm lagging whichever screen I am using, so I don't know what the issue may be. But one thing is sure. It got caused by plugging in another monitor.
Just ask me if there's something about my PC you want to know.
Thanks in advance.
