Question Performance Issues

Hello,
My PC has some performance issues despite all benchmarks giving average results for my components.

My specs:
MSI B250m MORTAR MOBO
MSI RTX 3080 VENTUS
Crucial 2400Mhz 16GB RAM
Intel I7 7700K
PSU Gigabyte 750W P750GM

fps values im getting:
Overwatch: low settings 210fps / ultra settings 160fps
COD warzone: low/med settings 110 fps
Valorant: 140 - 200 fps depending on whats happening

My temps of cpu and gpu never exceed 70 degrees and i feel like my gpu and / or CPU just dont get utalized to the fullest. RAM is at 2400MHZ (i checked) XRM on/off makes no difference
i added some HWmonitor Screenshots and task manager screenshots. These are the stats when i play overwatch in practise range on ultra/med settings

Given the CPU, that seems about expected as far as maximum performance goes. The i7-7700K isn't exactly high-end anymore, it's comparable to a Ryzen 3 3300X these days.

I agree, but if i look up the same systems with those games online they get much higher fps sometimes almost twice as fast. Thats what confuses me
