Hi,

My computer has started to randomly shut down.... I conducted a hardware diagnostic via "mdsched.exe" and it did not detect any error.

however, when I ran a performance monitor check the below error log is displayed. If anyone could help provide insights on the cause to those errors or leads to where to look to further diagnose.

Your help is much appreciated.

Thank you

Solution
look in your event view, normally that should have more info about the cause of the crash, if it doesnt, and nothing is reported an issue, it generally with be hardware related
