What gives more performance? Nvidia+Intel or Nvidia+AMD?

it depends on your budget .
more powerfull video card and processor you can afford the better .
doesn´t matter if you pair amd cpu with nvidia video card , or intel cpu with amd video card .

generally speaking intel cpus have the upper hand right now
gpu market is much more competetive at the moment nvidia and amd are equals

The only way I can approach your question is to focus on the extreme.

If you take the highest end nvidia card, all you're really doing is seeing which CPU will bottleneck it.

So utimately it comes down to an AMD vs Intel discussion, which has been answered hundreds of times.

With Intel you'll [generally] experience more consistent FPS and fewer frame drops compared to AMD. At this point it has little to do with Nvidia, rather back to the CPU.

OP it doesn't work like that. Both chipsets work perfectly fine with nvidea graphics cards. however intel have much better CPU's that won't bottleneck SLI set ups of the strongest of Nvidea cards like the new titan Xs
