[SOLVED] Performance of Gta 5 and gta 4 gotten worse

My pc specs:
CPU:I3 4130 3.4ghz
GPU:GT 1030 GDDR5 2GB VRAM
RAM:8GB
HDD 500 gb
Long time ago ,i had 40-60 fps in those games but Strangely now that i wanted to play them again,i have a bad performance despite having a "decent" pc to play them.I get 40 fps with constant drops to 30-28 ,especially when driving, in gta 5.In gta 4 is similar,i have 35-50 fps, but sometimes the frames drops to 28 or 30 ,like in gta 5.I used msi afterburner to look the temps and they were fine,nothing out of the ordinary.There is something wrong with the HDD?

What power supply do you have? What are the temperatures?

Another thing, your specs technically should be able to play GTA 5 on low settings, but even then, its barely hanging on. I always use my GPU, an RX 470 as a good measuring stick to compare to others. Your GPU is well behind the eight ball compared to mine, and that's saying something considering it wasn't considered high end when it came out.

I dont remember very well my power supply,but i think it was a 450w.The temps are:
GPU:73-75 Celsius usage:100%
CPU:68-70 Celsius usage:90%
There is nothing wrong with the temps.The most strange thing is that i am able to play Far Cry 4 ,Dark Souls 3 and Specs ops:The Line at high settings with 40-60 fps.Gta 5 and gta 4 are the only games in which i have fps drops.Is muy GPU somehow under-performing in those games?

Well GTA 5 is one of those games that apparently isn't optimized as well as it should have been. People complain about the performance not being what it should be even with high end PC's. While your GPU isn't all that great, the bigger issue is the CPU usage. Once it gets to 80%, your cutting it close to it bottlenecking the GPU. Some say even 70% is a little too high. What is the CPU usage in your other games? Another 8 gbs of ram would help as well. For gaming, 16 gbs should be considered the true minimum.
