Performance test of Prolimatech PRO-BV14 [Request]

Hi,
I've been doing some research on those fans and pretty much found one site that did some actual testing on them, here's the link to that: Here (It's in spanish, use Google translate)

What's so weird about that test is that he got a maximum of 37cfm out of those fan which are rated at about 87cfm. So I thought that that couldn't be possible because nearly every review on Amazon and Newegg says that these fans blow a lot of air.

Does anyone know of another test or someone who can at least approve if the one linked above is legit or not?

Update: I guess no one knows about any other test for the fan. Well, I don't know what to do with my life anymore.

Update 2: So I found another website which did a mass comparison between the fan I'm talking about and a bunch of other ones. From that comparison I found out that it actually should perform better than this guy's results, because it has the best performance/sound level out of all of the other ones.
I guess the he had a broken fan or something.
