Performance vs aesthetics

So i have the money to buy a watercooler or another 8 gigs of ram. So with the watercooler my system will look a lot better but with more ram i think i wont have stuttering because the minimum requirements are 8 gigs and i already have 8. So what path do i follow?

Overclocking? Ehh, yes.
Closed loop or custom? Closed loop is good but since pump dies you can throw it away, custom loop is a bit tricky to setup, but requires maintanance every year minimum or every 6 months, mixing metals etc, you have to care about that.
Add 8GB's.

Im not overclocking since its a non K cpu. I just want low noise and aesthetics and im not interested in custom looping

Liquid cooling is not necessarily quieter than a good air cooler.
More moving parts.

Anyways what should i do? Cooler build with water cooling or more ram?
