The problem..
whenever i start the program PerformanceTest 8.0 it loads my system hardware, and at that screen it causes my system to whine. as soon as you click on a dialog box at the top (file, edit, view, etc) or close the program, the whining will stop on command.
Im not sure where the whine could be coming from, to my knowledge it could only be the PSU? system is only 6 months old, all new parts.
only time ive ever noticed the whine, ever, is when at the home screen of that program. It doesnt happen once the test starts or in any other program
possible explanations?
