PC specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
32GB RAM DDR4
RTX 2060
PSU: Corsair CX750M

I did a test in Userbenchmark and I got this results: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/45699603

I think it is a pretty bad result for the computer which is. CPU, GPU and RAM have very bad performance. How can I improve the results? All my drivers are up to date, BIOS and chipset too. CPU power plan is this: View: https://imgur.com/LEWsBOy

Solution
The option is in BIOS, in fact, it is enabled but my RAM still clocked at 2133Mhz,I don't know why.
Just a test.
Reseat both ram sticks see if xmp now functions.
If not use one stick of ram and test xmp.
Test in each slot.
Then test the other stick.

Wonder how the other poster knew the ram was running slow.
Is it possible they peeked at that junk/garbage benchmark.....UBM.
If your wanting max performance out of the system you will have to fine tune it. By setting the CPU to balance your limiting it and the slower ram speed is holding back the cpu's performance

Go into power options and set it to AMD Ryzen High Performance
go into the bios and set the ram to XMP which should give to 2933Mhz instead of 2133Mhz, Ryzen likes fast ram speeds.

I did all what you said and still same bad performace: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/45700624

In games like Valorant with this pc specs and in all low settings and 1440x1080 resolution I'm getting 90 fps average. This is very bad for this specs.

Another solution? I don't know what to do

I runned again Userbenchmark closing all programs and tasks and I got this, seems better but still getting 90fps averange in Valorant with low settings and 1440x1080 resolution: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/45701462

After setting the ram to profile 1 bios say this:

I can't select other option, only Profile 1 or turn it off.

If your enabling xmp proper in the bios it's not taking.
The ram is dropping back to default speed....2133.

Were these 2 sticks of ram a kit or 2 separate sticks you bought?
Is the ram installed in the proper slots on the mobo?.......see the manual.

The 2 sticks is a kit: Corsair Vengeance LPX (16x2).

I have this motherboard: Gygabyte GA-AB350-GAMING 3, I installed the sticks of RAM in the red slots. Is this ok, right?

I suppose you could try clearing the bios and then see if xmp will work.
If it still fails try going manual and see if you can push the ram above 2133.

I just looked at the compatibility of my RAM modules with the motherboard and I see that it is not compatible. This may be affecting performance and XMP not working?

I searched here the model number of the RAM which is this: CMK32GX4M2B3000C15

and dont appear: https://pangoly.com/en/compatibility/gigabyte-ga-ab350-gaming/ram#compatible-list

I had this motherboard with this RAM for a long time and before, the performance in games was not bad like now.

All I know is the benchmark shows the ram at low speed and that will impact perf.

I say this a lot in every forum and Discord server, but even if looking at performance in the same CPU/GPU, they are extremely unreliable.

Just look at UBM’s graphical “tests”. One second of 800x600 render in DX 9. That is an absolutely ancient standard and it won’t even test newest DX12 GPUs accurately. Just look at 3DMark, a full minute of 1440P render at DX12, countless times more accurate than UBM. I can only assume it’s the same with their CPU tests. If you’re serious about benchmarking 3DMark/Cinebench is all free and they’re excellent.

I did both test now, 3DMark and Cinebench.

My score in 3DMark is this: https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/65279142?
And average FPS in tests is this: View: https://imgur.com/F5Fr9NR

In Cinebench R23, my score in CPU Multi core test is 6603 pts.

Are the results okay or is one performing poorly? I don't know how to interpret these programs well
