Perhaps 560 Ti Issue or PSU?

I've been using my build happily for about 4 years now and recently I've run into a problem where it just shuts down within a minute of turning on. I wasn't sure what was wrong, but when I took out my graphics card (560 Ti), it seems to run fine on the integrated graphics. Is it safe to assume that only the graphics card is broken and nothing else? Is my build too old to upgrade because I'm fine with building a new one for around $1k, but saving money would be cool too if possible. My current build is listed below.

Bad card or possibly the poor GX power supply.

Would too much damage be done to any components by a bad PSU or would it be safe to upgrade?

Safer to upgrade to a EVGA G2 or GS or Corsair RMX lineup.
