[SOLVED] Pericherials arent working

I have a b360m pto vd motherboard with an i5 8500 prev it was a h110m vd pro with a pentium, and now it only works with one or two exact slots of ram and if i put the ram in another slot it wont boot, now it does boot and gets into windows, but i cant use any peripherials, headphones, mice, keyboards, nothing, so i cant even navigate around, but with th pentium setup before it was working perfectly fine, any solutions?
I didnt reinstall windows

Reinstalling windows with all the correct drivers should fix the issue with the peripherals.
The Ram issues sounds like it might be a ram incompatibility. Have you done any testing?
