Question Periodic disconnecting of peripherals

Recently maybe 2 or 3 times an hour periodically, my mouse and headset will disconnect with my monitor freezing as well sometimes. I thought it might have been a problem with my front usb ports but with it occuring with my monitor as well as my bluetooth speakers (completely seperate from pc) im not so sure anymore. I use an Auros b450 pro wifi motherboard could it be something to do with that? I tried to update my bluetooth driver but windows says its up to date.
Btw my headset and mouse are usb, speakers are bluetooth.

Any ideas?

Did you go through all of the Power Options to make sure that everything is set to full power? Did you go through the Device Manager to make sure that the Power Management for each device has Allow the computer to turn off this device UNchecked?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer. Any error codes, warnings, or even informational events being captured when the disconnects and freezes occurred.
