guys,
i brought a gaming laptop 1 weeks ago.
laptop runs smoothly.but while gaming the games run perfectly for 5 minutes.after that fps droping repeatly for 20 seconds and after that it returns to normal condition after one or two minutes..fps is drops again.it repeating...
Cause for fps droping periodically is due to gpu usage droping.
when fps is dropping the gpu usage also droping periodically.
i tested assassina creed odyssey, watch dogs 2 , witcher 3 and gpu drops to 40 to 50% which results fps falling to 7 to 10🥺.temp for cpu and gpu is not high.it almost unplayable
for online games like valorant, csgo the issue remains but the time period for dropping is little longer
NOTE: i cant give to warrenty due to covid issues in my area

Laptop spec:
ASUS ROG ZHYPHERUS G
model: GA502DU
CPU:AMD ryzen 7 3750h
GPU:nvidea gtx 1660 ti max q
RAM: 16 Gb
OS: windows 10
storage: 1.5 tb ssd( 1 tb external)

solutions that i already tried:
1.reinstall windows
2.update driver
3.rollback driver
4.Set power management for gaming and high performance
5.change registry notes for gaming
6.checked any background apps running
I THINK ALMOST I HAVE DONE...

GUYS PLZ HELP ME....its a new laptop

I suspect that you are throttling because of heat.
Laptop coolers are necessarily weak because of size and weight limitations.
When your processor gets too hot, it will lower performance until it cools down a bit and the cycle repeats.
What can you do about this?
Not much.
See that your cooling airways are clear.
Possibly a cooling pad can help.
You could experiment with reducing the max cpu performance in windows power management from 100%.
90% will not impact games much and your performance might be more consistent.

bro...its a new lap
also i am sure that its not a problem of temperature.because temp is avg on 67
(Also i noted gameplayes of same lap and temparature is normal cpu temp also normal)
fans are working good as soundly and spinning in high rpm

How are you measuring temperatures?
Averages can be misleading.
You could be running at 100c. causing a throttle which reduces performance and you run at reduced performance at 50c for a while.
Average could be 67c.

I read about a lot of issues with gaming laptops cooling.
Those with 3750h and 1660ti are no exception.

bro..i already tried lot...i think its hard ware issue...os there any other settings...or any adjustments

bro...i forgot to tell.while i unplugg the charger from laptop that lag is not occuring.but frame are due to power low.so what is the problem?
Default windows power options will reduce power and graphics settings when on battery.
This is to extend the battery run time.
You can adjust this as you wish.
Hence my suggestion to try running plugged in, but at 90% power.

but the problem is not yet solve...games are unplayable while plugged...
i think while fps is dropping cpu usage also dropping to 10% .at same time gpu to 50%...is there any solution.

Have you tried my 90% solution while plugged?
Go to control panel/power options/change plan settings/balanced option/change advanced power settings/processor power management/ expand to see maximum processor state/change setting from 100% to 90%

Tell me what happens when plugged in.
