Peripherals Are Not Getting Power

So I recently swapped out parts to a 4690k and Asrock z97 Fatal1ty.. One day after I put in a new Soundcard the computer wouldn't boot. It would power up and power down after a second or two continuously until I turned off the power switch.

Eventually from playing around with it, I unplugged the 8pin power to the motherboard and cmos reset it and it worked. Yay! But after this, small vibrations would make my computer freeze on the current screen. I didn't think it was a big deal for a bit because I would work around it and prevent it from happening.

So I woke up in the middle of the night last night to get on the computer... The computer froze for no apparent reason. When I tried turning it on it would do the same thing.. on and off constantly. So I said okay I'll fix it tomorrow (today). Nothing has worked so far.. At most I can get the computer go boot and go beep beep but I get no signal nor power to my peripherals.

What I've tried:
CMOS Jumper Reset
Reseating
Testing RAM individually
Replugging peripherals
Taking it all apart and reseating the whole thing
I've tried changing Motherboards

I just keep getting the same results, no power or signal to the peripherals.. I could run out and buy a new motherboard to test to see if its toast but I need someone else to say it 🙁

I have tried that. The soundcard works perfectly fine. But I think I found the problem... Are the socket picks suppose to be straight up? rofl... Cause I'm having a blast restraightening all of them at the moment

oh fuck! hell yeah their suppose to be straight, lol... damn dude... try to put them straight as possible.

But all these google pictures of LGA1150 I see the pins aren't straight up lol I'm so confused.

bro are we talking about the pins on the CPU chip? if its that, its suppose to be straight, trust me

No no I'm talking about the socket. All the ones I see online are slanted as are mine
this is not my picture but mine looks kinda like this lol
