Peripherals on start up issue

I have had my computer for a while now and my most recencrnt upgrade was two years ago and it was a new processor( amd fox 6300) and a new graphics card( gtx 970). Now when I start up my computer my keyboard, monitors, or head set won't lite up or receive signal from my computer. All of my fans are spinning and my mouse lights up, also my phone charges so there is power to the USB ports. I thought it might be over hearing so I blew out my processor with a can of compressed air and it did nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.

I see that you posted this a couple days ago, did you ever get it figured out? If not, it could be a few different things, RAM, MOBO etc, if you havent figured it out yet LMK and I may be able to help

I figured it out I found some burn marks on my motherboard and processor so I need new ones
