So something weird just happened. I reinstalled windows 10 from my flash drive. I used windows media creation tool for 1909 and was getting an error that I had no Nvidia control panel (currently have a 970) when the setup was done.
i figured windows installed a bad driver and I was going to update to the most recent one anyway. After I installed the new driver the Nvidia control panel was still not working and I was getting an error about it. I figured restarting my computer would work. I decided to install the chipset drivers from gigabytes website first and restarted.
when I logged back in, I got a black screen with just my cursor, ctrl alt delete did nothing so I shut down my pc by holding the power button down. I then hit the power button 2 minutes later and usb stuff turned on, but my computer was off. I hit the power button again and everything booted up just fine. I’m a bit freaked out and wanted to ask if anyone has experienced these problems before.
