permanent white screen, is it broken?

So basically I went out and bought myself a jolly ol' ASUS PB278Q however last night when I tabbed out of Dota it just went white. I know this isn't a computer fault as I am running this from the same computer.

I've currently been running it in 1080P whilst I wait for my GTX 980 to arrive. I was just wondering if it was broken, cheers

unplug it from the wall socket. wait 15 minutes and try again. If it doesn't work try another port (hdmi/dvi etc) if other fail as well then its most likely dead..
