Permissions for specific user

For example, I have two local user accounts in Win10 - Eddie and Sarah.
And there is a shared folder for them both. How I can allow Eddie only to open his files and deny him to open other user files?

Don't put those files in the shared folder - - the idea of having a shared folder is just as the name suggests, for all users to share/access the files within it.

If you don't want all users to have access to certain files, then don't put them in the shared folder!

Don't put those files in the shared folder.

For the shared folder, map a drive letter for both Eddie and Sarah. Give it letter S (for shared).
When they want to share something, they put it on the "S drive".

You can create subfolders in that shared folder.
Create a subfolder for each user and set file permissions on those folders, that only designated user can access them.
