Permissions problem when flagging posts

Keep encountering this while trying to report a spammer:

You do not have the required permissions

Perhaps I reported so many spammers that I was flagged as a spammer? Or is it a collision problem with someone else reporting the same post simultaneously?

Usually crops up after a threshold has been reached, or on a given post that isn't sitting well with the system. Which post are you reporting spam on that generates this error? Or is this happening on all posts you are reporting spam on?

Basically random. The last one to trigger it has already been deleted. It just seems to have become more common lately.
