Permisson to shoot

Hi,

Someone has offered me permission to shoot on their land (pest control).
Does anyone have a template for what sort of permission to shoot wording
should/could be used.

They want to see licence/insurance etc so I thought it good to get the
formal permission to shoot at thesame time.

I authorised <your name> to (control vermin / shoot deer / shoot game /
shoot wildfowl) on <farm address> and to use shotguns and firearms up to
the calibre of <max cal.>. I also authorise <your name> to remove the
catch.
