Do all tokens have a converted mana cost of 0? For instance, If I have a
Riptide Replicator producing tokens, and my opponent activates his pernicious
deed for 0, will all my tokens die, or are my tokens' converted cost 4, since
that was the cost to put the tokens into play?

Unless they are a copy of something with a non-zero mana cost, yes.

203.1. The mana cost of a card is indicated by mana symbols printed on
its upper right corner. Tokens and lands have a mana cost of {o0} unless
otherwise specified. Paying an object's mana cost requires matching the
color of any colored mana symbols as well as paying the generic mana
cost indicated.

They would die; you haven't described anything that would make the mana
cost non-zero.

No.

But all tokens that are not a _copy_ of something else do.

Tokens made by Riptide Replicator aren't copies of anything, so have not
copied anything else's mana cost, so have mana cost 0 and converted mana
cost 0. Deed for 0 will wipe them all out.

Yes, all tokens (whether creatures or not) have a CMC of 0.

Not all tokens have a mana cost of 0.
Tokens that are a copy of object, have the mana cost of the copied object.

203.1 ... Tokens and lands have a mana cost of {0} unless otherwise
specified. ...

503.2. When copying an object, the copy acquires the copiable values of
the original object’s characteristics
(name, mana cost, color, type, supertype, subtype, expansion symbol,
rules text, power, and toughness) and,
for an object on the stack, choices made when playing it (mode, targets,
the value of X, whether a kicker cost
was paid, how it will affect multiple targets, and so on). The “copiable
values” are the values that are printed
on the object, as modified by other copy effects, plus any values set
for face-down spells or permanents.
Other effects (including type-changing effects) and counters are not copied.

203.1 ... Tokens and lands have a mana cost of {0} unless otherwise
specified. ...
