Persistent Game Crashes

Here's my build: Case: Phanteks Evlolv Shift (with riser cable)
CPU: Ryzen 1600
GPU: Geforce GTX 1070 Hybrid
PSU: Corsair SFX600
MB: ROG Strix i470x
RAM: 16gb G. Skill Tridentz RBG
OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit

I have posted a couple times with the same issue- I keep having games randomly crash. No BSOD, thankfully, but all of my games crash. Taking some advice from here, I did the following:
-Clean Install Games, Drivers, and Windows itself.
-Checked my temps (all fine, gpu never got above 45)
-Tested GPU in my old build, with my old PSU. (worked great)
-Took my new build apart, re-assembled on my desk, and tested the thing with my old psu (worked great)
- Swapped old for new psu (worked great)
- Added in riser cable from my case. (worked great).
-Put it all back together tonight and Destiny 2 ran fine for ~1 hour, then suddenly crashed.

I'm seriously at a loss. All of the parts work fine when assembled outside of my case, but not inside. Temps are fine. I ran it splayed out on my desk a couple hours at a time with no issues. What do I even do? I'm considering just getting a different case and probably motherboard.

Is it just your games crashing or your whole system? What happens when the crashes occur? Black screens/booted back to desktop?
It could be just luck of the draw that your system works well outside the case but not inside-you mentioned temps are fine can you be more specific?
