Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming x570-Plus (Wi-Fi)
GPU: Sapphire Pulse Radeon 5700XT
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Ram: 2x 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600
PSU: Fractal Design Ion+ 560w
SSD: Sabrent 256 GB NVME (where Windows is installed and select games I want to load fast)
HDD: some Seagate
I've had what I would call "stuttering" happen since I built the PC a year ago. I chalked it up to running games with vsync and having an old 60hz monitor. Well now I have a Gigabyte M27Q with Freesync and it still comes up. Most recently it's happened in Guilty Gear Strive which is why I seek help now as you're required to run the game at a consistent 60 fps or it severely degrades the online experience for other people. It happens during the wallbreak or attacks that have flashy effects, which is consistent with what I've experienced in other games. I've just run DDU and am on the current GPU driver. If anyone could help me out or tell me what to look for to help myself out it would be very appreciated.
