What are the personal identifiable information in windows 7 PC, apart from Mac ids and hard disk numbers ? Is there any way to identify/ monitor what personal data is being seen/ logged by the apps, and is there any app/ utility, that can randomize/ spoof that information ? Something like x privacy or similar for windows.

Not sure about the underlying reason for your posted questions.

For the moment , giving you the benefit of the doubt, I am responding with the expectation that you are seeking defensive measures and safeguards. No way to know that for certain.

Take the viewpoint that anything stored on any computer is probably discoverable and readable by some means.

As for what individual or specific information is visible, logged, and stored: the application's documentation or its' vendors' website should provide the applicable details.

Or provide such disclosures in some EUA (End User Agreement). However, EUAs etc., are not always completely forthcoming....

With respect to helping you actually look for and find such personal information - no.
