You could go with a lesser cooler. I know the ryzen like to kick out heat but because you wont be overclocking there isn't much point in getting such a good cooler. A 120mm cooler would do the job just fine for far less.

Im going to be overclocking and am looking for an overrall clean build without mismatching colors. The white ram wont fit ....

That cpu cooler will be sufficient to the max speed of a 1600.

Unless you just like the look of the flare x heat spreaders. These will also be Samsung bdie chips.

One last questions..... Will the Cooler Master cooler be shipped with the AM4 bracket?

It says AM4 ready on the pcpp page. But just to be sure, i would advice to give them a call on customer service number and get first hand information.
