Personality points in children.

I have a Sim family, who have 3 children (and a fourth on the way!). I've
noticed something, though. All 3 children have exactly the same personality
point allotments. They are all exactly like they're father, but with a few
points added on. So, looking at the personality points screen is exactly the
same for all three. (The children are 2 girls and a boy, and the two girls
came out looking exactly alike, right down to their clothes, and they are
not twins 😛 )

Has anyone else noticed this phenomenon? Is this just a fluke with this
family?

It seems... odd. 😀

Well, my favorite family has five kids (well, one is grown up and moved
out) and there were two sets of twins. In each case, the twin were of two
different star signs. And in both cases the same star signs. One twin
was shy, one was outgoing, otherwise they were pretty similar. They all
looked so much like their father, though, that I had to give each of the
boys a different hair style. ^_^

They've had their fourth child now, who again, has the exact same
personality points.
It's just weird!

I have a family with everyone having half of each personality point. The
latest child born though has the half plus almost full bars in outgoing and
playful. I made the parents spend alot of time playing and cuddling as well
as just holding the child so maybe this factored in somewhere.
