PES 2014 not exceed 30 FPS on Lenovo Y50 !!

Hello Guys.. i have a problem that when i play PES 2014 i noticed that the fps still on 30fps and not exceed it .. i dont know why even that i have changed the resolution in game setting but it doesn't change anything i still on 30fps ? what should i do to increase fps !!

My laptop is Lenovo Y50 with intel core i7-4710HQ , GTX 860M 4GB and 8GB of memory , WIN 8.1

First clean computer using

Malwarebyte - scan for any worms or bad files.
C&Cleaner - clean computer out from old registration files.
o&o defrag - defragmate your computer to remove files or folders that ore no use on hdd

Then make sure your system is clear exit any software that that are turned on.
Ctrl+alt+del

Then launch game and check if it improved.

but the laptop is still new i just bought it a week ago !!
i have also played AC-black flag, first i play it on ultra with 30 fps and it was very good but after a day i launch it again but the fps drops to 19 !! i don't know what happened !!

Make sure you switch GPU when playing games laptops use 2 gpu integrated and dedicated.

i switch my dedicated GPU from nividia control panal and now i have 60 fps but it doesn't exceed 60fps?? ... also i have downloaded Fifa 2014 to try get higher fps but it is still on 60fps !! i know that i must have at least more than 100 fps but i don't know why i'm still on 60fps ..

For what do you want to get more than 60fps on fifa , if you still want it try to turn of v-sync (i dunno if you can get more than 60fps on fifa but try it on other games)

i want to get more than 60fps because my laptop is a gaming laptop with GTX860m 4GB ..so i'm afraid that i have a problem with my graphic card thats why i want more
..here you can see that my graphic card can run fifa 14 on ultra with more than 200 fps so why i can't get this result !!

the game is locked at 60fps i think , and there's no point in going over that , first only a few of people notice more than 60fps , and that only happens in first person shot games not in games like fifa and pes , and i know that your gpu is powerful but even if you run a titan you will not get more than 60fps in fifa if it is fps locked , if you want to test your gpu run some benchmarks

mmm but There is no adaptive choice just (on) & (off) & ( use the 3d application setting) in Vsync.. i tried (off) vsync but i noticed that the fps drops to 30 so i keep it on (use the 3d...) ..

the fps drops on 30 ?? really ?? the only time the fps will drop when that settings is off is only when your pc is not strong enough to handle the game at 60fps

well.. i dont know whats happening but the day i bought my laptop i downloaded AC-black flag and i fully changed the setting to ultra and i get 30 fps it was very good to me ..but after a day i deleted all the process in task manager and i downloaded razer game booster , and from the moment i run this program and enter the game my fps drops to 19 fps in AC .. this is the first time my fps drops !!

i have changed the setting to high performance in nividia control panal so that to switch the dedicated graphics card but the strange thing i noticed that also when i change it to integrated graphics card i get the same fps in fifa 2014 !! it is stuck on 60 !!
i didn't change game options because the file of game options doesn't exists but i know that there is no limits of fps from nvidia experience and about vsync i didnt check it cause i tried and disabled it from nividia control panal and the fps drops to 30!!

yea i have uninstall this program and i will never ever install it again .. i will buy far cry 3 and devil may cry and gta4 and try with these games cause i watched a videos of them in youtube running with the same specs of my laptop and i know what fps should i must reach ...

ohh be sure to try the same settings as the video you saw on youtube , and choose the most helpful replay since that would help me and others alot
