Petition for a refund of the GTX 970

Well, I'm just sharing this with everyone. I myself own this beast card with the RAM gate issue, thought this would help people who felt cheated. I signed this to help, though I'm fine with my card.

Neither statement is a lie. You can have both in this case.

I am happy with the performance of my card as well. So on a practical and personal level, it's not a big deal.

However, on principle, they are guilty of false advertising. Intentional or not, nVidia is responsible for the misinformation. I personally wouldn't go for a refund, but a credit or small rebate would be apropriate from a 'service recovery' standpoint. AND...having a BIOS with voltage tables that don't make it unstable at lower boost states would be a good idea too.

I'm not entirely convinced this is an appropriate place to make accusations against a company but I'm letting it stand for now. If it degenerates into insults and name calling, it will be closed.
