pg348q won't overclock to 100 hz

I am the proud owner of a pg348q. I got it 1 month ago and tried to overclock it to 100 hertz but my monitor won't react to any of my actions like moving the mouse. I still see the display of my monitor but it just wont react to anything I do. Anything know what the problem is?

B1500 motherboard
I5-7200 CPU
GTX 1060
8 GB of RAM
500 watt PSU

You could possibly try connecting the display to a different machine and determine if that makes any difference. If it is working on say a laptop or another desktop but not on your computer then it must be the computer and not the display.
