PGA Tour 2004: how to get refresh > 60hz ?

Hi,

I've just purchased a 2nd hand copy of this golf sim, added patch 1.1,
and there's no option to set the screen frequency which looks stuck on
60Hz in 1024x768, although both my card (Ti4600) and monitor allow up to
85Hz.

Is there any file I could manually edit or a patch somewhere ?

I don't know about that game, but the refreshforce utility would
probably do the job.

Run DXDiag and then go to the override tab, enter the desired refresh
rate for D3D games there. That will force the frequency in all D3D
games though.
