I'm very new to building PC's, let alone a gaming one. Just got an apartment and can finally afford to game on a PC rather than a console. It's always been my dream. I'm currently building one right now for a pretty hefty price. I want it to run whatever I throw at it; gaming, multitasking and all.
Anyway, the fan i've been recommended is apparently huge! It's a Phantek PH-TC14PE, 140mm. I've done some research on it and it's definitely pretty big. I was just wondering if anybody could help me figure out whether or not it'll actually fit in my rig? (Build Here: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/mguill2013/saved/G6Vj4D ) I've looked at some other threads asking a similar question, but i'm still not sure if it'll fit with the combination of my other components. I'm throwing 4x8 RAM in my rig and I'm not sure if that might take up too much space.
TL;DR: Will a Phantek PH-TC14PE fit in my NZXT H440? If not, could anybody recommend me a smaller fan that might do me just as well? I don't plan on overclocking or anything, so maybe a $75 fan isn't necessary anyway?
Cheers and thanks in advance. I look forward to learning more about hardware in this knowledgable community!

P.S. Any help, advice, suggestions, etc. on my build as a whole would be GREATLY appreciated.
