Phanteks 140mm case fans vs Corsair sp140 LED fans

need a quick answer if the corsair fans are a worthy upgrade since i need LEDs to light my system up and an idea on how the acoustic properties are thanks!

Corsair SP140 are rad fans , AF are case fans.

corsair fans will do ..
the lights of the corsair fan will be able to light your system up..
I also plan to buy AF140 to light up my system ..

also check the TT Riing if you want a cool ring light for your system ..
I have mine in my heatsink..
