They're all good and all have 10 year warranty. Get the best price. Personally, I like the FDB fan on the Phanteks model (although rifle bearing is basically same thing) and it has a switch to turn the fans passive mode on/off. It also has a second EPS connector if you need that.

3.3v is pretty much only the logic circuitry on the motherboard, it's got no real ties to any other voltages or any real high demands or crossloads. So unless that review says it's gawd-awful terrible, an absolute deal breaker, then I'd not worry about it much.

Aris does go on to say that it's still a pretty good unit, not quite as good as the RMx, so if it's cheaper than the RMx it's still a good buy.
