Can the Phanteks Eclipse P400S use custom water cooling? Also and do cases need to have anything special to put in a custom water cooling besides a radiator support and room?

Solution
In theory any fan mounting location can be a potential point for installing a radiator for a closed loop or custom level watercooling setup. According to Phantek's product illustration video you can mount a 360 up front. You can add more but that would either conflict with your motherboard's VRM heatsink and/or your ram's height.

I'd suggest you read through the watercooling sticky before tackling the case even though they are both integral parts. Here's the product manual in case you're yet feeling comfortable with the case.
