Fan problem:
Ive had the enthoo luxe for a while now and ive noticed that the front case fan doesn't work. I tried turning it to performance mode in the bios menu but it doesn't do anything and its plugged into the fan hub behind the motherboard.

LED Problem:
There is a 4 pin cable that says rgb led on it and that is also connected to the fan hub witch is connected to my power supply, im pretty sure thats how you hook it up anyway. If im wrong please tell me. It could just be the fan hub thats not working though, ive heard several people saying that its dead.

Fan Problem: Send an email to support@phanteksusa.com (USA and Canada) or support@phanteks.com (international) for a replacement fan
LED Problem:
The RGB LED connector is for an optional internal LED strip. That should not connect to a fan header. You may have short circuited the LED PCB by connecting that to the PWM hub.

So how do i turn the case LEDs on?

I also remember turning my pc on and the external case LEDs turned on for half a second then turning off (hooked up the way you just toled me not to)

Sounds like you probably shorted the board. The only thing needed to power the LEDs is the SATA connection which you probably already had connected since your lights turned on for a bit. You can check the board by removing the front I/O panel and removing the LED board. There should be a burn mark directly below the button.
You would also need to send an email to support for this issue as well.

How do I take it out? I just tried had trouble doing it
