Which one of those have the better cooling options for air and water and room for upgrades. Feel free to suggest a different case (try to keep it Mid ATX)

Solution
Room for up to 6 case fans, and fully compatible with 360mm, 280mm, and 120mm radiators. Removable fan trays in the front and top of the chassis allows for additional space or mounting cooling outside of the chassis.

Radiator Mount Locations
Front: 120/240/280/360mm
Top: 240mm
Rear: 120mm

The 570X is bad for air cooling due to the number of gaps in the chassis and i dont think the enthoo luxe/pro has support for 360mm rad's best bet for watercooling is the new fractal define s / R5

If I may ask, what is the massive space by the front fans for?

My seconday PC is a Phanteks Enthoo Luxe tempered glas edition im running a 420 in the top radiator slot and a 360 iaf the front and a 280 in the bottom but standard the case will fit a 280 rad thats about same amount of cooling as a 360 rad.
Build quality is better then my experience from corsair and better optimized for watercooling and cabelrouting then many order cases excellent case .
