I see this has been posted and sorry if its boring but nothing i have seen is short simple and to the point.Something i personally have difficulty with also, Forgive me if my post is bloated i will try my best. So First backstory on why i am posting if that TLDR for you skip this next part:
TLDR Begin
The reason I am asking is in the 15 years i have been building pcs most cases i would utilize most of the available fan mounts and place fans their (i just moved from a very hot climate to an area that gets extreme cold in winter but still hot in summer so this is the first time i have actually thought about cooling, Also Dust is an issue now although this case (one of the reasons for purchase is because if its great dust control otb)
TDLR END
first here is a pic of the system (i do not have the version with the power supply shroud)
Red are Exaust
Blue are Intake
I am Using a 240mm AIO corsair Rad in the top Exhaust with fans in "PULL" configuration
All other fans are stock except the bottom intake which is a 120 mm budget coolermaster fan
Any suggestions on this? should I change the configuration i have? should i add or remove any fans? (Not counting the the 2 fans on the radiator, as they do move air through the system are mainly to to cool the radiator not really move air through the system, am i correct on this assumption?) This case is basically outfitted with just Stock fans plus one Budget intake at the bottom, if anything i think this fan just helps to direct the front intake over the GPU, Would it be better suited on the HDD rack to help pull the air though? I have 3 more i can just add them i still have lots of room for fans ad this case is stock with a Fan Controller which i have enabled and use.
Sorry but if the above was TLDR for you then it is also below
Now is this sufficient? With the current weather (max daytime temps around 60f 15c) I am not so worried although when the humid 90f 32c summers come IDK, I am also looking for quiet idle fans also as when i am actively using the pc I normally do so with headphones so the fan noise is acceptable (the GPU fans when they start are going to be loud no matter what anyway)
Any Suggestions on this i like the larger fans as they are much quieter so the stock fans seam nice but are they efficient?
As i do not have a power supply shroud and i do not have the bottom HDD rack installed I can also place another fan on the bottom, Also I may end up removing all the HDD Bays with future SSD upgrades.
Sorry for the BLOATED question, just many options, Any opinion is appreciated on all subjects i have mentioned in this gargantuan post. thank you if you made it this far lol
