The Phanteks Enthoo pro has these case fans included :

1x200mm front fan
1x140mm rear fan

Here is the total possible space for fans on the Enthoo Pro : http://www.phanteks.com/enthoo-pro.html

I'm going to use a Noctua NH-D15 as my CPU cooler.

I'm going to buy 2-3 Noctua NF-A14 case fans and I was wondering where they should be put for optimal airflow.

Should I put two exhaust fans at the top? Is the 200m front intake enough?

Solution
Considering the amount of airflow you'll get with the 200/140mm, like i7baby said, you honestly don't really need more, but if you insist on getting the a14's, top mount would be good, but I'd run them at really low rpm, as in 5-600 rpm

My Phanteks Enthoo pro use 200mm front, 140mm rear, 140mmx2 top, 120mmx2 HDD and 120mmx2 bottom fans + Dark Rock 3 cooler, but it's still Ok quiet when full loaded. I choose quiet 3-pin Cougar fans, so they are quiet at max speed.

For less than $100 cooling parts (2x140mm,4x120mm and dark rock 3), they keeps o/c everything cool and quiet. I couldn't be more happier.
