phanteks halo fan frame without rgb mobo

i have a really old mobo without any rgb headers(obviously) . however i wanted to use the rgb panteks halo frames. so is it possible without any headers? heard about controllers ,dont know much about them

For RGB controller, you can go with DeepCool RGB350, which also includes 2x RGB LED strips,

No. NZXT HUE+ has proprietary connections and those are only compatible with NZXT LED strips and NZXT AER RGB fans. I know this first hand since i have HUE+, AER RGB fans and LED strips in use with my Skylake and Haswell builds (full specs with pics in my sig).

okay so that sucks as i got the hue+ as gift but already have noctua fans in my build. any way gonna take a look at that deepcool controller or gonna wait till upgrading my rig to skylake. anyway thanks
